"Share" button is inactive

I trying to create a oneNote doc according to the instructions at

The "Share" button is inactive. went differently by clicking "New documen", oneNote 2013 opened but did not give the chance to save it to sharepoint, only office 365 or skydrive.

I uploaded manually to SP library but still the "Share" button is inactive. Hovering on it I see a message "This control is currently disabledyou might not have the right permissions..........

I am a Farm admin, site collection admin and have all necessary privileges
