Hi, I am pretty new at this, but I would like to know if there is any chance to add a chat box to Sharepoint 2010. Basically, I would like to add in the SP that I have a part that says "Chat with a an assistant now" and then a pop up window will
appear and the person connected to the site can answer the questions. We are using at my company Lync, I do not know if that helps or not. Thanks in advance and hope you can help me.
