Client has Request Center site based on .net application. once user request then all information saved in backend DB. want to grab all information and automatically populate to sharepoint list.what will be the best approach to go ahead? What information i have to know about External site to get access and retrieve the data because right now i don't have access. do i need source code for external site? do i need access to backend DB??
