i have a 2013 team site and on the home page i have a rss viewer web part. I could edit the RSs feed url property as a site collection admin. But, as a member, the user when they edit the properties, they don't see the RSs feed url property (text box not visible). I assume if the user is able to edit the properties they have right permission. But. Don't know why why this property is not editable.
Any thoughts on the permission required for this property?
