We are having issues uploading to a SharePoint 2013 document library. Sporadically the error message of "file name is not valid or is too long" we have looked and the file name is not close to the 256 character limit. The very troubling thing is, it does not do this all the time. At times the Same file may be uploaded with no problems, then uploading the file again and it fails.
