I have some problems with the search box that comes standard with every list.
When you edit the web part and click on the tab "miscellaneous", you can decide if you want to display the search box or not. In some cases, when i say it must display, the search box comes up in edit mode. But when i save, it is gone again.
And sometimes, when I manage to display the search box, it doesn't work fine. For some reason, it searches in other lists or just keeps loading. But the weirdest thing of all, is when I open the list by clicking on his title, the search box works perfect.
What could be the problem? Has anyone else had this problem before?
