Settings Secure Store Members using Powershell

Hi

I am trying to script the setup of Secure Store. It pieces together ok apart from one bit. The Target Application Administrator is fine, but the members is 'Everyone'

I cannot workout how to write powershell, to add specific users or AD groups... What line I need e.g. New-Member whatever
