I have a collection of .sql files in a Sharepoint library. I can open the files, and check them out (from the Sharepoint site via the IE 9 browser). The files open in SQL Server Management Studio 2012. I can make changes to the files, and it when I save those changes, it appears that the changes are saved.
However, when I close the file and reopen, I find that none of my changes are saved. I've also tried to check the file out, make changes, save, then check the file back in (to the Sharepoint library). Still, none of the changes are saved.
What do I have to do to make sure that changes to a .sql file, hosted on a sharepoint site, are saved when I check out/ save the file?
