Access 2016 My New App Can't be displayed

When i try to create and configure my Access Web app.

I saw this error on my MS Access 2016.
This was on the IE

and when i click on my Access Web App in SharePoint

This was on the Google Chrome

Is this means that my /My New App/default.aspx does not exist, or how do i check if this exist or not , or maybe my app domain is not properly configure?

i just configure my app domain with this link: http://sharepointchick.com/archive/2012/07/29/setting-up-your-app-domain-for-sharepoint-2013.aspx

I dont know why I got those error.
Can anyone help me with this?
