Drag-Drop does not work with IE

Hi everyone,

I have Office 2013 Pro installed on a Windows 8 IE 10 silver light last version with SharePoint 2013 Enterprise and SQL 2012. I tested Drag and Drop LINK with Google Chrome and IE 10 (desktop version) and incredible only with Google Chrome worked. Could someone try to explain me why it doesn't work with IE 10?

*Drag and drop documents work fine on both.
