The Approver status reverts back to “Pending” from approved. I removed the workflow to see if that was the issue and we encountered the same problem. I approved the item and it reverted back to pending after a page refresh. I re-associated the workflow and ran it again for a couple of items. I could approve, but as soon as I approved another item, the first item I approved reverted back to pending.
I’ve done some research and found that with SharePoint 2013 anytime an item that requires content approval is updated when it reverts back to pending. However, this seems to be happening regardless of an update.
Any help would be appreciate.
