Sharepoint REST API for creating user profile

Hi All,

I am not sharepoint developer or sharepoint person. I am an integration specialist. I want to integrate BizTalk with sharepoint for user profile.

I saw few rest API's are available for accessing user profile in sharepoint.

Now my question is, IS possible to create a profile using REST API? If yes please share the article which create/modify user profile in sharepoint. 

In future I am supposed to integrate this REST API in BizTalk but initially I want to get the request API with URL/operation and request parameter.
