Hi,
As per this link the administration of a SharePoint 2010 Online portal is very difficult. Do we need to raise a service request to Microsoft each time we want to do some basic things on the central administration for SharePoint 2013 Online too?
What are the limitations of the Online edition? We are planning to move completely into in the Cloud SharePoint with 2013. How will this hinder development? Will I not be able to do custom Timer Jobs? What are the options that are unavailable in the Central Admin? I suppose since the server is not at hand, we wont be able to do changes to web.config, IIS or HIVE? Would we need to send a service request to get the Logs?
