Hello Everyone.. I'm having a problem with integrating Office Web Apps 2013 with Sharepoint 2013
In short: Everything is working perfectly, except for "editing word documents". So, we can create new Word documents and do whatever we want but once we save and close the document we can't further edit it.. the "Edit in Web Apps" icon is grayed out!!!
Strangely,, we cant Edit PowerPoint and Excel Documents,, so it's only about Word documents.
I spent so much time to figure out what caused this to happen,, I realised that I configured the Web Apps Server internal url to "https://server.domain.local",,, this caused the problem,, once I turn it back to "http://server.domain.local" the Word editing works again !!!! I tried that several times so I'm sure that this is the problem..
I need to use https for integration with Lync to work.. so I can't leave it this way (http://)..
Any ideas??? Please????
