Workflow Status Via Nintex Workflow Designer

The workflow is giving me status like: Error Occured, Stopped or Nothing at all. Is this because SharePoint can't handle multiple inputs? Because I created a dispute form for payroll. So when they receive thier payslips if they have a dispute 1800 employees so far can make a dispute simulataneously. Or it's not. How do I addresss things like this?
