Error in Import-SPWeb : The version of the package 14.0.0.0 is different from the current version this program supports, 15.0.0.0.

Exported the Document Library from central Administrator in sharepoint 2010.

Try to import the .cmp file in sharepoint 2013 and getting following error.

Import-SPWeb : The version of the package 14.0.0.0 is different from the
current version this program supports, 15.0.0.0.

The Command is 

Import-SPWeb -Identity  <SiteURL>  -Path <ExportFileName>  [-Force] [-NoFileCompression] [-Verbose]
