I'm attempting to create a binding between my Web Apps server and my Sharepoint 2013 server in the server farm in accordance with this article

But my powershell is unable to find any of the SPWOPI cmdlets. After vigorously googling, I figured I would come to the source for some help. I attempted
to reinstall PowerShell 3.0 but that didn't help. Any ideas?
