SharePoint 2013 Integration with SAP and IBM Connections/Quicker

Hi,

In one of our Business requirements we need to integrate SharePoint 2013 with SAP and IBM Connections/Quicker.

1. What are the best possible ways to have two way communication between these products.
2. How can we implement Single Sign On so that users need not to provide credentials again and again?
3. Can we migrate User profiles from IBM Connections to SharePoint 2013 User profile store?
