Problem with ADFS in Sharepoint 2013

 Hi,

     I installed and cofigured ADFS (saml) for Sharepoint 2013 but when I pass URL to my endpoint for claims log form I got error like below:

MSIS7000: The sign in request is not compilant to the WS-Federation language for web browswer clients or the SAML 2.0 protocol WebSSO profile.

Url looks like this: https://servername.ad1.local/adfs/ls

I don't know how to resolve it. Please help me;/
