Administration Tool kit for SharePoint 2013

Hi,

  I require to do a user profile replication across farms. In SP 2010 this was achieved by “user profile replication engine” and “SharePoint 2010 Administration tool kit”. Do we have updated tools to do this in SharePoint 2013 RTM ?
