Content type reusable workflow issue

Hi,

I am using content type for my lists and reusable workflows are there.

When I create any list item the workflow cant innitiated automatically but when I tried it manually it is working fine.

I am not using system ID.

Also I am using 3 reusable workflow in a site on different lists.

Previously it was working fine but now not working.

Please suggest how to proceed.
