Enabling Discussion Feature for a Custom list

Hi,

SharePoint 2013 Social networking has added a new discussion list which has a nested reply feature. I want enable the similar features for a custom list, how do I do this. So I will have a custom list and for each item of the list, people should be able to give comment and for each comment it should allows user to reply.
