SharePoint 2013 On-premise Office Web App cannot add comments with Error"Sorry, we ran into a problem while...for commenting.."

Hi All,

(SharePoint 2013 On-premise Office Web App)  users cannot add comments with Error"Sorry, we ran into a problem while...for commenting.." 

Situations:

1. All users who tried to add a comment with a specific document encounter the issue;

2. Some other documents work fine, while some other documents not, including some new created documents.

3. Some encounters the issue after editing the document.

4. The issue occur to different libraries.

5. change to different browsers, issue persists

 Anyone have a solution? Does the issue related to configuration about Office web app when it is used to work with SharePoint 2013?
