The user receives an email from SharePoint notifying them that a document needs their approval. When trying to approve or reject a form by clicking "edit task" in Outlook 2007 they receive the following error: "This task could not be updated at this time".
The user has Approve permissions in the list as well as contribute in the look-up lists associated with the form and has the Form Template Installer Tool component installed on his machine
Any ideas on where to proceed from here would be greatly appreciated.
