how to change SP 2013 "SharePoint" ms-core-brandingtext div

Hi, I would like to change the default text "SharePoint" that appears on the top left of the screen.  It is in a div called "ms-core-brandingtext"

I can't find a way to modify the text that appears in this.  I did a search and noted some PowerShell scripts, but I have been unable to make those work, as Windows PowerShell throws errors ObjectNotFound

Any help will be appreciated.
