How to automatically upload document from FTP into SharePoint 2010.

Dear All,

I have FTP server with the documents in different folders.

Now I want auto process, when new documents come on FTP server those documents should uploaded into SharePoint document library.

Can anyone please tell me how to do this automatically ?
