Sharepoint 2013 - workflow (current item URL not working)

Hi guys.

I'm making a workflow (in SharepointDesigner 2013) with email notification.

Some of the text displayed should be a hyperlink pointed to an item in Custom Sharepoint list, but this ain't working.

I've used: [%Workflow Context:Current Item URL%]

but it isn't working. The URL that is generated is like:Lists/CustomListNAME/4_.000 but that does not opens a desired item in URL.
