SharePoint 2010 Calendar Resource and View Issue

Hello,

I am trying to create a Calendar that the company can use to reserve a Conference Room resource. Originally I did with Calendar Overlays, but now we ran into a problem of there being more than 10 rooms. SharePoint 2010 only allows 10 Calendars in an Overlay.

So I decided to create a Resource Calendar, where people will check out and reserve the resource. Unfortunately only the attendee's can see the item on the physical calendar. I need everyone to see them. Is there a way to add this?
