How can multiple users simultaneously edit SharePoint hosted excel file

Hi,

I want more than one user to be able to make changes to the excel document in SharePoint at one time and to accept all of the changes made to the document by all users that had it open at the same time without any locking issue. Can you please help on this ? We are using SharePoint 2007 and excel 2007.
