I am the farm admin of my sp2013 account. I have also made sure that I have full control on each and every service application (CA -> manage service applications -> select service application -> click administrator and permissions button)
I have published this Excel 2013 workbook which contains a PowerPoint model. it points to a Secure store application.
I can refresh the workbook in browser.
I can click on schedule and enable schedule as well.
But when I try to say

The provided Secure Store target application is either incorrectly configured or does not exist.
I googled and found a microsoft KB article... but it just said that the account must have manage target application permissions. But this in my case I have ALL the permissions including full control.
But I still get this error!!
