Get Info - email properties From and To

Hello, 

I´m trying do this. 

In  Document Library i have the fields From and To. So i want upload emails from this library and automatically updated  this fields with information of email. 

I'm trying use event reciver but i don´t know how to get this info of email. 

How can i do this??
