Hi everyone,
My company is utilizing the sharepoint which comes with office 365 E3. We have run into an issue where if a user has alerts setup to send an email of a change on a certain page i.e a document is uploaded.
If the user uploads a file to the document app on the page using the " + new document" link, this works fine, an alert is sent. But, if the user were to drag the file onto the document app as the method of uploading it, there is no alert sent.
Has anyone run into this? is there a box somewhere that needs to be checked?
