How can I create a E-learning Site in SharePoint 2013?

Is there any Site Template? Or do I have to download any sowftware? Because when searching for info about this they say you have to install SLK or sth else, but according to this blog http://blog.alliancetek.com/blog/bid/310729/E-Learning-with-SharePoint-2013, SharePoint 2013 has built-in feautures required for E-Learning.
