Word document open in browser instead Word 2010

Hi All,

Few of the users had the issue to open word template (.dotx) document, instead it would be opened in Word 2010, it would be opened in browser.

The basic settings: SharePoint 2010, WebApps deployed, the particular Document Library Opening Documents in Browser defautl open behavior for browser-eanbale docuemtns had been set to "Open in the Client application".
