Project Summary Web Part Not Appearing

I'm using a SharePoint 2013 project site template and can see the Project Summary web part on the home page.  I'd like to add this same web part to a different page on the site but when I choose to insert a web part, Project Summary is not listed under Content Rollup.  I've confirmed that the Project Functionality feature is activated on the site.  Any ideas why I can't see the Project Summary web part?
