Managed Navigation URL Update Across Site Collections Fail

Hi all,

I am using pinned terms to create Managed Navigation across Site Collections that is consistent. If I add or update new terms in the source navigation hierarchy, the terms show up across the other Site Collections since they are pinned.

HOWEVER, it does not carry over the URL I may set for a term. In order to update the URLs I have to delete the terms in the destination Site Collections and then re-pin. This is tedious and seems like a miss on Microsoft's part... if I am pinning terms, why are their settings, such as the Simple URL not carrying over?
