Changed web app to use HTTPS

Hi,

I recently added AAM's to 3 web app's so they can be accessed via HTTPS.

One problem since doing this is the top bar navigation (Newsfeed, SkyDrive, Sites) in two web app's, don't maintain the HTTPS within it's links.

For example- user browses to HTTPS://sites.company.com
Problem is the Newsfeed, SkyDrive and Sites links point to HTTP://mysites.company.com/........

However on two other web app's the links maintain HTTPS correctly

For example- user browses to HTTPS://teams.company.com
and the Newsfeed, SkyDrive and Sites links all correctly point to https://mysites.company.com/.........
