Variation and Managed Metadata Navigation

I have some some sites with Managed Metadata Navigation. This shows like this:

Headline
- Link1
- Link2
Headline
- Link1
- Link2

The Headlines and the links are terms in a Term Store. The headlines don't have a link stored, so the Setting in Term Store "Simple shortcut or header" is empty. (they are placeholder)

Now I used Variations to publish all the sites in other languages. Alle the Terms for the Navigation was added in the new language except the empty headlines. (Shows in other languages like this:)

- Link2
- Link1
- Link2

What can i do? Why SharePoint don't add empthy terms in other variations?
