Estimating SharePoint 2013 Licensing

Hi,

pls guide me how to calculate SharePoint License Cost. I just want to know how many server license would be required.
I have proposed following architecture and based on that i want to know number of license required.

On-Site
2 SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition (2 Node Cluster Primary/Secondary)
2 APP Server
2 WFE (Load Balance)
2 Office Web Apps (Load Balance)


On DR Site (cold- up when primary site off)

1 SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition (For mirroring)
1 APP Server
1 WFE
1 Office Web Apps

Total User : 300

Portal solution will be used for Internal / External user. Plus Public facing website.


Based on above solution pls guide how many license required

Windows Servr 2012  :
SQL Server 2012 Enterprise :
SharePoint Server 2013 :
