Cross farm user profile setup

Hi,

I have created a user profile service application in a publishing farm and given the permission for the consuming farm's service account( It is a application pool account of consuming farm's web application). I established the connection successfully however when I try to access the application via consuming farm's site collection, the ULS logs the below error. any Idea?
