Using RBS with deduplicating and ancrypted files in Sharepoint 2013

Hello,

I want to use RBS to the SQL Server (2012) but I also need to use deduplication and encryption (BitLocker ? ). The files could be stored in a Windows 2012 Server.

I don't want to use Shredded Storage and I wouldn't want to use Information Rights Management for SP 2013

Is this feasible?
