This used to work in SharePoint 2010, pasting a hyperlink from Excel into a Hyperlink field in "Datasheet View" in a SharePoint list. This no longer works in SharePoint 2013, both the "Title" of the hyperlink and the actual "Link" get the text of the hyperlink versus what used to happen was that the "Title" got the text of the hyperlink and the "Link" got, well, the link.
Looks like a bug.
