Analytic services and how to know No of downloads User wise.. etc

HI I have  a problem with one of our new implement,struggling to get analytic integrated on SharePoint 2013. As per my requirement  the analytics used to be there for 2010 but doesn’t have anything default available on 2013.

my requirement  has requested if we can suggest any 3^rd party tool or OOB way  and also integrate the same which can track things like:

• No of downloads User wise
• Page Views User wise
• Search Query run by Users & Results

Now, I’ve searched online and found that the analytics is there in 2013 but with different naming convention, here’s ref article :
