I am trying to utilize the content search web part in combination with the MUI. I have content in multiple languages and I am trying to target this content to a user based on their language.
Each piece of content is tagged with a managed metadata term for language (i.e. English, Spanish, French). I am trying to have a CSWP return items in which the managed metadata language term will correspond with their current display language or their preferred language. So when a user who has Spanish as their browser setting will hit a page and the MUI will translate the page into Spanish and the CSWP would return all items tagged with "Spanish"
When I try something like this in the query I receive no results:
owsManagedTermLanguage:{CurrentDisplayLanguage}
This also is not working:
owsManagedTermLanguage:English* AND {CurrentDisplayLanguage} = "en-us"
Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated
