Running Content Deployment Jobs in SharePoint 2013

I am running content deployment jobs in SharePoint 2013 which is a migrated content from 2010. 

My site sizes are more than 50 MB some one even more than 100 MB. Couple of deployment jobs failed at the last moment. 

Is there a maximum size limit for content deployment job. do we have to change any settings so that even the package size is more than 100 MB it will successfully complete the content deployment.
