Sharepoint 2013 Foundation

Hi,

please help, I am beginer in Sharepoint... 

ad1) where are good tutorials for beginers?

ad2) I have created list of Employee, Machines, Factory, Service
Factory have 1..n MachinesI have created Service - add Employee and if I select Factory - can i make sub select MACHINE?

ad3) Every Service have DATE can I make button or something else to add other dates ? Service have 1..n servicing days)

ad4) if i create Workflow - send mail how i play this WF after save the Service?

I work in SP Designer 2013.
