Sharepoint 2013: An unexpected error occurred while manipulating the navigational structure of this Web.

I find this error "An unexpected error occurred while manipulating the navigational structure of this Web." in SharePoint 2013 navigation in my site.
I found the below hot-fix but for SharePoint 2010 only. Please advise me.
