Outlook 2013 and Sharepoint 2013 contacts sync not working

Hi,

We've got an on-premise SPS2013 with exchange 2010 and use office 2013. Yesterday, I've created a contacts list and tried to sync it with my outlook. I always get a 0x80040102 error. As a test, I've installed office 2010 on another machine and there, everything works just fine. I've searching around and I've have done some testing with fiddler and netmon. On the 2010 machine, I can see the HTTP posts, but on the 2013 box, there are no http posts what so ever. 

I don't know if it has anything to do with this, but we have no access to the internet.

Anybody has any idea or suggestion on what I can do or what the problem is?
