Very Urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!! Picture library

Dear all,

I want to create a slide show images in Sharepoint 2013 and for that you need to add the pictures topicture library app which I cannot find in sharepoint 2013.

Please advice where can I add it.

Please consider this matter as urgent
