Migration Interwoven TeamSite to MS SharePoint.?!?!?

Has anyone ever heard of, tried, or attempted to migrate Interwoven TeamSite to MS SharePoint?

We have started the discussion of implementing SharePoint as our CMS but am unsure if a data migration is possible?
